Cloudity & Hardis Group’s new office

The client faced the challenge of consolidating two separate offices located in the city center (Śródmieście) and Mokotów into a single, modern space supporting a hybrid work model. With the support of Savills, it was possible to find an office that not only enabled operational consolidation but also significantly improved workplace comfort and team efficiency. The location in a well-connected part of the city, combined with a high standard of space meeting modern requirements, made the new office a real asset for the organization’s further growth.

The process of searching for a new headquarters was complex and required a detailed analysis of the organization’s needs, both in terms of location and space functionality.
