Armada Business Park is a restored, historic industrial building offering tenants approximately 1,100 m² of office space across four floors. The standard floor area is 250 m². This unique building, built in 1891 as the headquarters of the Fire Department, is located in the historic Księży Młyn district of Łódź. The project was honored with the prestigious "Modernization of the Year 2000" award. Its distinctive, stylish façade is made of red brick.
