The Nafta office building is a distinctive seven-storey class B office property located at 25 Lubicz Street in the Grzegórzki district of Kraków. Designed by Włodzimierz Minnich in 1949 and completed between 1950 and 1955, it originally served as the headquarters of the Central Oil Industry Administration. The building is an example of socialist realist architecture, but its design is dominated by functionalism and inspiration from Auguste Perret, visible in the rhythmic, openwork façades and exposed reinforced concrete structure. The complex consists of two seven-storey wings arranged in a T-shaped layout and a low annex. The main feature is a round rotunda above the entrance, supported by columns, with the circular motif repeated in the spiral staircase in the lobby. The interiors originally housed over 300 offices.
Lubicz 25, 31-504 Kraków
The building is located on Lubicz Street in central Kraków, near the Main Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska, and main city routes, with excellent access to public transport and service infrastructure.
