GPP II – Stern

GPP II – Stern is a modern, seven-storey class A office building and part of the innovative GPP Business Park complex, located at 35 Konduktorska Street in Katowice. The building offers approximately 7,161 sqm of net office space and 8,800 sqm of total area. Commissioned in 2014, it holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Flexible floor layouts allow for both open space and private office arrangements.
