GPP IV – Bloch is a modern, seven-storey class A office building and part of the GPP Business Park complex in the northern part of Katowice, at Konduktorska Street. The property stands out for its use of cutting-edge, energy-saving technologies such as trigeneration, photovoltaics, and gas heat pumps, resulting in very low energy consumption and reduced operating costs. Bloch is the first energy-plus office building in Poland in terms of heating, ventilation, and hot water preparation – it generates more energy than it consumes for these needs. It holds a BREEAM Outstanding certificate, confirming the highest ecological standard. Interiors offer flexible office spaces that can be arranged as open plan or private offices.
