Łużycka Plus is a modern Class A+ office building, commissioned in 2014, serving as an example of combining functionality and aesthetics. The building is distinguished by its dynamic and elegant form, with facades in a curtain wall system, where the north and west sides are fully glazed, and the remaining parts feature window strips, optimizing interior lighting and reducing air conditioning costs.
