Olivia Star is one of the buildings forming the modern Olivia Business Centre complex, located in the heart of Gdańsk Oliwa. The entire complex comprises 9 buildings and offers over 175,000 sq m of leasable space, creating a dynamic working environment for approximately 15,000 residents. Olivia is more than just a workplace – it is a complete lifestyle destination with 11 restaurants, a medical centre, hobby clubs, event and meeting zones, a kindergarten, as well as extensive service and leisure facilities. Olivia Star is the tallest building in the complex – it rises 180 m and has 35 above-ground floors. It offers approx. 43,700 sq m of leasable space, with typical floor plates of around 1,350 sq m.
