Palio Office Park is a modern office and service complex being developed on the site of the former Gdańsk Shipyard, along one of the city’s main arteries – Jana z Kolna Street. The complex of eight buildings will offer nearly 90,000 sq m of class A space and will complement the growing portfolio of the emerging Young City. Palio Office Park B will provide 7,700 sq m of office space distributed across 8 above-ground floors. Tenants will benefit from over 120 parking spaces and full cycling infrastructure, including bike racks, showers, and lockers. The class A offices will include features such as a BMS, suspended ceilings, raised floors, openable windows, high-speed Internet, and access control. The building will also use the Integral system – a modern space management platform offering tools for reception check-ins, meeting room booking, and parking space coordination. The project is applying for a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

Gdańsk Główny Railway Station can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport in approximately 20 minutes. The popular cultural and social venue “100cznia” is also located in the immediate vicinity.
