Plaza Nova

Plaza Nova is a modern, multifunctional class A office and hotel complex to be developed at 44 Aleja Pokoju in Kraków, on the site of the former Kraków Plaza shopping mall, right by Dąbski Pond. The investment includes two six-storey office and service buildings (each offering approx. 11,000 sqm of leasable space) and three hotel-service buildings, all with one underground floor. Flexible floor plans (typical floor approx. 2,000 sqm) allow for customized office arrangements. The complex will be surrounded by greenery-over 30% of the site is devoted to recreational areas, and Dąbski Pond (over 20,000 sqm) will be integrated into the project and made accessible to the local community. Plaza Nova will feature a high technical standard: air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, fiber-optic cabling, BMS, access control, monitoring, sprinklers, smoke detectors, tilt windows, LED lighting, electric car chargers, bicycle rooms, lockers and showers for cyclists, a bistro/canteen, 638 parking spaces (ratio 1:36), and 233 bicycle spaces. The buildings will be delivered to LEED and WELL standards, as well as the "Building Without Barriers" certificate, with photovoltaic panels and recycled materials.
