Grzybowska Park is a boutique office building located in the center of Warsaw offering 10,370 sqm of modern office space. In 2020, the building underwent an upgrade of the reception area, elevator lobbies and restrooms on each floor. In addition, the HVAC system in the newly arranged office spaces was upgraded, providing comfortable working conditions by maintaining optimal temperature and adequate air ventilation. As part of the tenants’ amenities, showers for bicyclists were installed, and the garden around the building was renovated with landscaping elements and new plantings of vegetation.
