About Rondo Mogilskie 1

Rondo Mogilskie 1 is the address of a historic, six-storey office building from 1952–1954, known as the PKP Construction Directorate Office Building. Situated in the Grzegórzki district at one of Kraków’s key transport hubs, the building was designed by Witold Cęckiewicz as part of the “Mogilska Gate” urban concept leading to the Old Town. The architecture is a post-war modernist example, with façade divisions inspired by Auguste Perret’s works. The building offers approx. 6,000 sqm of usable space, with flexible floor layouts allowing for customized office arrangements. The interiors were designed with great attention to detail, especially the representative staircase in the main hall. Surface parking spaces are available for tenants. The location ensures prestige, excellent exposure, and accessibility.
