According to the latest Savills report, at the end of Q1 2025, Wrocław’s office stock exceeded 1.36 million sqm, with a vacancy rate of 20.4%. Nearly 20,000 sqm of new offices remain under construction, with rents in prime locations reaching €16.50/sqm/month. Wrocław is strengthening its position as one of the most important office markets in Poland, offering attractive conditions for both tenants and investors.
