We have helped over 3,000 companies find a new office
The building at 2 Wojciecha Bogusławskiego Street in Gdańsk is a heritage office and service property offering over 3,000 sq m of usable space. It was constructed between 1904 and 1905 on land reclaimed after the demolition of Gdańsk’s western city walls. Designed by building councillor Fritz Tiburtius, with a façade by Dresden architect Curt Hempel, the building features two wings – the eastern originally housed the West Prussia Province offices, while the northern was a bank. The main entrance is highlighted by a corner tower with a striking roof structure. The building offers varied office and service modules. Its technical standard includes central heating, ventilation, structured cabling and security monitoring.
