New office of the District Court in Poznań

The objective of the project was to secure suitable office spaces for various departments of the District Court, compliant with the specific requirements of a public-sector tenant. Thanks to the involvement of the Savills team and comprehensive advisory support, favorable lease agreements were concluded in two locations — Szyperska Office Center and Nobel Tower. As a result, the client obtained flexible lease terms and significant cost savings.

The implementation of the project required precise alignment of available locations with the formal and functional requirements of a public institution. The Savills team successfully managed the entire process — from needs analysis, through offer selection, to finalizing negotiations. Below we present the key stages of this cooperation.
