The Warsaw office of Kochanski & Partners has been located in Metropolitan Warsaw since 2011. During that time, as the law firm has grown, the office’s square footage has also expanded, and today it occupies an area of just over 2,100 sq. ft. sq. m.
The building, located just off the Royal Route and Saxon Garden, with a public courtyard and luxurious retail space, is home to the firm’s nearly 200-person team, which specializes in infrastructure, global finance and capital markets, data economy, decarbonization and energy, ESG, and technology and artificial intelligence, among other areas.
– We’re glad we’re staying home, because that’s how we’ve felt about Pilsudski Square for years. Exceptional location and neighborhood, world-class architecture, appropriate scale and quality of management; all of this makes Metropolitan Warsaw the best ground for us to grow in –
says Piotr Kochanski, Managing Partner of Kochanski & Partners.
– I congratulate Kochanski & Partners on making the best possible choice and thank them for their partnership. The Metropolitan is a unique building, a brand in itself. Thanks to its location, standard and amenities, as well as the manager’s attention to everyday working comfort, the building at Pilsudski Square is all the time a real gem on the office map of Warsaw. This is known by domestic and foreign companies, leaders in their industries, who choose Metropolitana as their address. –
says Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation, Office Agency, Savills.
In addition to top-notch office space, totaling 33,722 sq. m., Metropolitan Warsaw also houses boutiques with exclusive brands and a prestigious fitness club.
The building provides its tenants and visitors with 441 underground parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars. Some of the spaces are made available for public parking for those who visit this part of the city. People working at Metropolitan Warsaw can also reach the office by bicycle, using the city’s main bicycle routes running along nearby streets – Marszałkowska Street, Krakowskie Przedmieście Street or the path along Kasprzak-Prosta-Świętokrzyska Street. The building provides them with full bicycle infrastructure.
– We are very pleased that Metropolitan Warsaw has once again been chosen as its headquarters by a renowned law firm. This is an expression of confidence in the superior quality of the building, its exceptional location and surroundings, as well as the management standards we provide to our tenants. Metropolitan Warsaw attracts leaders in their categories, top brands and companies with the best reputations. Kochanski & Partners’ continued lease is part of a series of last year’s extensions and new contracts signed at Metropolitan Warsaw by leading companies operating in various industries –
