Bird & Bird, a renowned law firm, has decided to move its office to a new location in November 2022. The choice fell on the Central Point office building, where three floors with a total area of more than 2,200 square meters were to be used to create a space that departs from the usual patterns of a typical law office, offering top quality and innovative solutions.

The Savills consulting firm played a key role in the project. Not only did she help Bird & Bird with the process of leasing a new office, but also handled the complex arrangement of the space. The entire project was completed under the Open Book by Savills formula, which allows the construction and design consultancy to fully manage the coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, resulting in significant savings for the client.
