Dorota Koscielniak is an established manager with exceptionally extensive management and transactional experience. For more than two decades, she has successfully assisted clients in finding, selecting and leasing optimal office space. Using her excellent knowledge of local, Wroclaw market trends, she provides strategic advice to both tenants and landlords, including investment funds in the commercialization and re-commercialization of buildings. The new director has a track record of participating in and successfully advising on deals totaling more than 500,000 sq. ft. sq. m.
Before joining Savills Poland, Dorota Koscielniak headed Colliers’ regional office in Wroclaw for 7 years. Prior to that, she held the position of partner and director at Knight Frank from 2002 to 2017. She worked for many renowned Polish and foreign developers, investment funds and tenants from various industries. Her portfolio also includes transactions with due diligence processes.
Dorota Koscielniak is a licensed real estate broker and property manager. Dorota is a graduate of Wroclaw Agricultural University and Wroclaw University of Technology in the field of management and real estate valuation. Privately, she is passionate about horseback riding.
