Sollers Consulting is an international IT and business consulting company with a special focus on the insurance industry. It supports insurers, banks and leasing companies in their digital transformation. Sollers has been operating in the business services market since 2000. It currently employs more than 1,000 specialists worldwide, working from offices in Europe, the United States and Asia. It serves clients on four continents.

We started operations in Krakow in 2022 with seven Sollers on board. Two years later, already with a 44-person team, we decided to open a branch in the Browar Lubicz complex. Since May of this year, an entire floor of one of the meticulously restored buildings of the former brewery has served as our Krakow base. We believe that the space in which we work has a significant impact on our well-being. That’s why we carefully select new locations and make sure that Sollers’ offices are as comfortable as possible for work

says Marcin Pluta, managing partner and co-founder of Sollers Consulting.

I am glad that we advised Sollers Consulting on the selection of a new location that meets all the tenant’s expectations. Browar Lubicz is one of the most attractive points on the office map of Krakow. The building is located in the very center of Krakow, and thanks to its carefully considered design, which combines historical and modern elements, it provides a sense of intimacy and tranquility, despite its central location. Browar Lubicz is a complex development that includes the renovation of historic buildings and the construction of new residential, retail and office buildings

says Dominika Cyrbus, senior consultant in Savills’ office space department.

Browar Lubicz is a mixed-use development, combining elements of the traditional architecture of the brewery that once existed on the site, with modern construction. The building is located in the heart of Krakow which is a direct vicinity of the Main Railway Station. It is also close to other strategic points of the city, such as the Mogilskie Roundabout and the Main Market Square.
