The greatest challenge was the need to consolidate two companies (from Gdynia and Gdańsk) into a single location. This process required an in-depth analysis of the office market in terms of available space in existing buildings as well as those in the final stages of construction.
Result
Our team successfully negotiated turnkey office space delivered at no additional cost to the tenant. In addition, an expansion option was secured as a right of first refusal to lease the adjacent space.
