Savills is the exclusive agent for the commercialization of office space in the IBC building. In the lease transaction with Freightliner PL, the building owner was advised by Monika Wakulska and Tomasz Stromidło on behalf of Savills.

The International Business Center (IBC) is a Class A+ office complex, offering more than 36,000 sq.m. of space in two buildings. One of the building’s main tenants is PwC. IBC is located in Warsaw near the Politechnika Metro station, which provides excellent connections to the city center and other districts. The property is owned by Deka Immobilien fund.
