Aldesa – an international company owned by the Spanish construction company Grupo Aldesa, which began operations in Madrid in 1969. The company has been present in Poland since 2007, where it serves as a general contractor for projects in the industrial, energy, volume, road, rail and Intelligent Management Systems (ITS) and broadband network sectors.
The company will move its office from its currently occupied space on the 3rd floor of the myhive Mokotów Two building to the 10th floor of the myhive Mokotów One building. At the same time, the company has decided to expand its leased space by nearly 200 sq m.
In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by the international consulting firm Savills.
