North Gate with lease agreement for more than 5,000 sqm.

The new office of the company ranked in the Top 50 largest Polish companies will occupy three floors in the North Gate building. The Tenant is scheduled to begin operations in the new space in the first half of 2024. Beata Tabaka and Małgorzata Mazur of MAXON Nieruchomości represented the Tenant in the transaction.

Savills is the exclusive agent for the commercialization of office space in the North Gate building. On behalf of Savills, Monika Wakulska and Tomasz Stromidło advised the building owner in the lease transaction.

North Gate is a nearly 90-meter-high Class A office building located in the northern part of Warsaw. The total area of the 27-story office building is approximately 48,000 sqm, of which 29,000 sqm is leasable office space. The building has a five-story parking garage with space for 310 vehicles with extensive facilities for cyclists (lockers and showers), located on level -1. North Gate has a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level.

The building’s location provides convenient access to transportation infrastructure and public transportation. Nearby are streetcar and bus stops, as well as the Dworzec Gdański subway station. In the immediate vicinity of the building is the Romuald Traugutt Park, as well as the Ibis hotel and numerous stores and service points, including the Westfield Arkadia Shopping Center. The property is owned by the Deka Immobilien fund.
