Stratos Office Center has attracted three new tenants from the investment industry, who have leased offices in the building with a total area of more than 2,300 sqm. Another diplomatic mission has also moved into the building, occupying more than 950 sqm in the facility.
CRH Materials Poland, the central office of one of the largest construction groups in Poland, part of the international CRH Group, has decided to extend its office lease of more than 750 sq. m. for another five years.

A company engaged in the management and production of packaging for the food industry has also become a new tenant of Stratos Office Center, renting a unit of just under 350 sqm. Another new tenant was a company operating in the renewable energy sector – implementing the construction of photovoltaic farms. The company leased an office of nearly 300 sqm.
