No new office projects were delivered in H1 2025 – the second consecutive year in the history of the Tri-City market. All of the space under construction (32,200 sqm) is in Gdansk, including the largest project: PUNKT by Torus (12,800 sqm). New supply could rise to 80,000 sqm by 2027 – provided the stalled developments are completed.
