In H1 2025, Poznań completed the only new development among regional cities – the Dymka188 building (2,400 sqm). A total of 52,600 sqm of offices are under construction, placing Poznań in second place (after Kraków) in terms of development activity.


A supply of more than 70,000 sqm is planned for 2026-2027, of which 47,000 sqm is already under construction – including AND2 (Von Der Heyden Group) and Industrial (TMT) projects.
